We developed an award winning process and materials 

• Mentoring Game Plan: includes 5 key points of contact between mentor/mentee and 3 sets of essential support sessions (5 in total)

  • Set 1: Introduction session, workshop for mentors, workshop for mentees (3 sessions in total) 

  • Set 2: Interim support session 

  • Set 3: Closing feedback session 

• We support mentors in their roles by creating Professional Mentors’ Portfolios that reflect mentor’s key personal projects, shareable experiences, strengths, expectations, and values

• 1-on-1 coaching for selected participants
